Your shirt is made specifically to your measurements, so once payment is taken we cannot accept changes to your order or cancellations, except in accordance with your legal rights. Please note that the cancellation right under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 does not apply to bespoke made to measure shirts. A replacement shirt will be made if your shirt does not comply with the order confirmation or if there are any defects to the shirt. If you wish to apply for a replacement shirt, please email us 7 days from receipt of your shirt at email@example.com .
In addition, we offer a fit guarantee for the first shirt that you order with us. If you are not totally happy with the fit of your shirt, you can return it within 4 weeks and we will either alter or replace it. If you want to take us up on the fit guarantee please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 4 weeks of receipt of your shirt.
